The software license is valid for 12 months starting from the date you receive your order confirmation.

2. Expiration and Access to Data

  • Once the 12-month period ends, the software’s functionality will be disabled.
  • You will still have access to your data to back it up before the license fully expires.

3. Renewal Notification

  • An email reminder will be sent 15 days before your license expires.
  • You can choose to renew your license or let it lapse—this decision is entirely up to you.

4. Renewal Process and Pricing

  • The renewal price will match the original purchase price.
  • You can renew your license through any authorized reseller.
  • Data migration can be done using a backup file to ensure a seamless transition.

5. Data Backup and Migration

If you are switching to a new version of the software (e.g., updating to a newer version):

  1. Back Up Your Data: Before uninstalling the old version, create a backup of your company file.
  2. Install the New Version: Follow the installation process for the new version.
  3. Restore Your Company File:
    • Open the software.
    • Go to File > Open or Restore Company.
    • Select the option to open an existing company file and follow the prompts to restore your data.
